S.A. Wilson's Gold Roast Coffee operates an affiliate marketing program (the “Program”) that allows approved independent promoters (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by referring genuine new customers to our online store. These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Program. By submitting an application and, upon approval, by generating or sharing any affiliate link, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of your affiliate link after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

All applications are reviewed and approved manually. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or revoke approval at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
⚠ Strictly Prohibited Applicants: Coupon websites, deal aggregators, discount code directories, cashback portals, and any platform whose primary purpose is distributing promotional codes or discounts are NOT eligible and will be declined.
Approved Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying purchases as follows:
The tracking cookie duration is 30 days. A sale is attributed to you if the customer completes a qualifying purchase within 30 days of clicking your unique affiliate link. Commission is calculated on the order subtotal, excluding shipping, taxes, and any discounts or refunds applied to the order.
Commissions are not earned on orders placed by the Affiliate themselves, members of the Affiliate's household, or any individual acting on the Affiliate's behalf.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of all unpaid commissions, and potential legal action.
Affiliates may NOT operate, contribute to, or list their affiliate link on coupon websites, discount code aggregators, deal forums, cashback platforms, browser extension coupon tools, or any other platform whose primary function is distributing promotional codes or price reductions. This includes, but is not limited to: RetailMeNot, Honey, Rakuten, Swagbucks, Groupon, Slickdeals, DealNews, and similar services.
⚠ Your affiliate link must never appear on any coupon, deal, or discount site, or in any context where it is presented primarily as a discount mechanism rather than a genuine product recommendation.
Affiliates may NOT use their own affiliate link to make purchases for themselves, family members, partners, friends, or any person acting at the Affiliate's direction. Any commission earned through self-referral will be void and reversed, and the account will be permanently closed.
Affiliates who generate no qualifying referral traffic or sales within any 90-day period may have their account suspended or closed without notice.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising disclosure laws, including the FTC's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever your link appears. Acceptable disclosures include: “#ad”, “#sponsored”, “affiliate link”, or “I earn a commission if you purchase through this link.”
Commissions are paid monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $65.00. Commissions below the threshold roll over to the following month. Payment is made via the method selected in your affiliate dashboard. Commissions are held for a minimum of 15 days after the sale date to allow for the return/refund window. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to commissions you receive.
We actively monitor all affiliate activity for signs of fraud, abuse, or policy violations. We reserve the right to withhold payment of any commission we have reasonable grounds to believe was generated fraudulently or in breach of this Agreement, pending the outcome of our investigation. If fraud is confirmed, all associated commissions will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.
You may use the S.A. Wilson's Gold Roast Coffee name, logo, and approved product images solely for the purpose of promoting the Program. You may not alter our logo, create derivative works of our trademarks, or use our brand assets in any way that could damage our reputation. All intellectual property rights remain exclusively with S.A. Wilson's.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately and without notice for any breach, including association with coupon or discount sites, self-referral, failure to promote, fraud, or violation of applicable law. Upon termination for cause, all unpaid commissions are forfeited.
S.A. Wilson's total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the three months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages and do not guarantee any particular level of earnings.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
